As part of National Engineers Week, the Maui Region participated in the “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day”- a campaign to inspire girls to engineer a better world- and hosted four students and their teacher from Lokelani Intermediate School.  The goal of the program is to introduce girls in grades 7 and 8 to the exciting field of engineering. With the help of our team, the students now have a better understanding of the engineering world as a possible career choice and education pathway.
