Every year, HUGS (Help, Understanding & Group Support) helps hundreds of families of seriously ill children find much-needed support and resources as they navigate the difficult journey through serious childhood illness. GBI continued its support of the organization at the annual HUGS Love Gala fundraiser, which was held in Honolulu on Saturday, April 30.
The funds raised at the event will help HUGS continue to serve more families on all islands and expand programs to meet the unique and growing needs of individual family members, as well as the whole family.
